SH108A auto‑operated acid value tester complies with PRC national standards GB/T 264 “Determination of Acid Value for Petroleum Products”, GB7599, GB/T4945, alongside ASTM D974 and GB7299 specifications.
This unit comes with a large‑size colour LCD screen and Chinese‑language menu, with physical keyless controls.
Built‑in microchip enables hands‑off measurement and printout functions. Full test workflows run automatically, delivering straightforward, easy‑to‑follow operation.
Fitted with magnetic stirring with zero operational noise, the device is robust, secure and space‑saving.
Well suited for refineries, power generation plants and research labs, it serves as a go‑to piece of kit for oil testing and routine quality control.
Built around titration‑neutralisation chemistry, the onboard microcontroller carries out fluid dispensing, titration, sample mixing and endpoint detection all on its own. Readouts show up on the LCD panel, and hard copies can be printed out automatically. A full test cycle finishes within 7 minutes.
Purpose‑built reagent vessels store extractant and titrant. They keep chemicals sealed off from ambient air to cut down solvent evaporation and prevent interference from atmospheric carbon dioxide. This design also offers extra safety protection for operators.
Users may select to run tests on 1 up to 3 oil specimens in one single batch.
